JOB RESPONSIBILITY1. Manage Petty Cash, Vouchers and Bills. Create Invoices and does the payment Fellow ups.2. Act as the point of contact between the management and internal/external clients or vendors.3. Monitor and maintain office supplies (Stationary, Mess, etc) and get advantageous deals or suppliers for the company.4. Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.5. Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.6. Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank, credit card, logistics, vendors and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart etc) accounts.7. Analyze and report on financial status including income statement variances, communicating financial results to management, budget preparation and analysis.8. Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.+. Oversee taxes and abide by govt regulations10 Assisting CA for compliances and coordination for completion of annual audits, and reviewing financial reports/support as necessary.SKILL SET REQUIREDGood command over English, Hindi writing and speaking,Knowledge of Advance MS-Excel, Google Workspaces & Tally,Knowledge of Govt Compliances like GST, TDS, ESIC, PF.ELIGIBILITYGraduate/Post Graduate in any streamMinimum 1 year of experienceExperience in manufacturing and D2C business is preferred.SALARYWill be finalized only after a personal interview/Reviewing the application
