Job Description
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Financial Data Entry – Record and update financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
• Bookkeeping Support – Assist with maintaining general ledgers, reconciling accounts, and preparing journal entries.
• Bank and Account Reconciliation – Compare and verify financial records with bank statements and other documents.
• Tax Preparation Assistance – Support in preparing tax returns, reviewing documents, and ensuring compliance with tax laws.
• Payroll Assistance – Assist in processing payroll, calculating deductions, and maintaining employee records.
• Financial Report Preparation – Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Audit Support – Help organize and review financial records for internal and external audits.
• Client Support – Assist in responding to client inquiries and requests related to accounting matters.
