Job Description
Department: Finance Timing: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST (Mon–Fri) — partial overlap with international client hours Stipend: ₹7,000 – ₹11,000/month | Post-Internship CTC: ₹2.8 – ₹4.0 LPA
Role Overview
Support bookkeeping and accounting for Tasks Expert and our international clients — gaining hands-on exposure to Indian and global accounting workflows (US/UK/UAE clients).
Key Responsibilities
- Record day-to-day transactions — invoices, expenses, bank entries — in Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks/Xero
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable tracking and follow-ups
- Support payroll processing and statutory compliance documentation (GST/TDS basics)
- Prepare monthly financial summaries and client-ready reports
- Maintain organized digital records and audit-ready documentation
Requirements
- B.Com/M.Com/BBA (Finance)/CA-Inter/CMA-Inter students or graduates
- Working knowledge of Tally or any cloud accounting software (QuickBooks/Xero/Zoho Books preferred)
- Robust Excel skills — mandatory
- Understanding of basic accounting principles, GST, and TDS
- High accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
