About the Leadership Role:
This senior leadership role will require you to provide expert guidance on complex tax issues, drive business growth, and ensure high-quality tax services for a diverse client base. Responsibilities include executing our delivery strategy, building and maintaining strong client relationships, exceeding quality standards, and fostering the professional development of junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of tax professionals, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver exceptional tax services.
Develop and implement effective strategies for tax services, staying updated on tax law changes and developments.
Mentor and train junior team members, promoting their professional growth and development.
Requirements:
CPA, EA, or equivalent professional certification.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of tax or financial accounting experience, including client-facing roles.
Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state tax regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
