Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Accounting Administrator specializing in Accounts Receivable and Reception duties. Responsibilities
Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and account analysis using accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage
Reconcile accounts regularly to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly
Maintain meticulous data entry records for all financial transactions and client information
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and courtesy
Oversee reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering calls, and directing them appropriately while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
Assist with accounts payable tasks, verifying invoices, and supporting vendor payments
Support bookkeeping activities by recording financial data accurately and preparing reports for management review
Requirements
Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or PeopleSoft
Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and account reconciliation processes
Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data and perform account analysis effectively
Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette
Basic math skills necessary for financial calculations and analysis
Familiarity with accounting principles and bookkeeping practices in a real estate or financial services environment is preferred

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
