Job Summary:

RED Real Estate Developers is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and real estate transaction handling.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain and update daily financial records, ledgers, and accounts.

* Handle billing, invoicing, and receipts for property transactions.

* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

* Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.

* Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.

* Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

* Maintain records of client payments, vendor payments, and brokerage expenses.

* Coordinate with CA, auditors, and external consultants as required.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 0-1 year of experience in accounting (Real Estate sector preferred).

Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.

Software Skills: Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.

Knowledge: Good understanding of real estate billing, taxation, and compliance.

Other Skills: Attention to detail, time management, and integrity.
