• Job Opportunities: Accountant (US GAAP) and Chartered Accountant (International Transfer Pricing)
We are excited to announce two opportunities to join our team. We are looking for an experienced Accountant with expertise in US GAAP accounting and a Chartered Accountant for International Transfer Pricing work. • Position 1: Accountant (US GAAP)
• Location: Connaught Place, New Delhi.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and external regulations.
• Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Conduct audits and provide recommendations for improving financial processes and controls.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in US GAAP accounting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Position 2: Chartered Accountant (International Transfer Pricing)
• Location: Connaught Place, New Delhi
• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement transfer pricing strategies in compliance with international tax laws and regulations.
• Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation and reports.
• Conduct economic analyses and benchmarking studies to support transfer pricing policies.
• Advise on transfer pricing implications of business transactions and restructuring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and compliant transfer pricing practices.
• Monitor changes in international transfer pricing regulations and update policies accordingly.
• Qualifications:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• Proven experience in international transfer pricing.
• Strong understanding of international tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
