Job Description
Post: Junior Accountant
Experience: Min 1-3 Years of experience in Accounting, Administration, SAP & technology exposure.
Education: B.com , MCom etc
Exposure to using SAP CRM would be essential
Notice period : Immediate
Work location: Vashi, Navi mumbai (No remote work)
Operations Administrator Duties and Responsibilities
Degree in business administration, facility management, or a related field preferred.
1-2+ years of experience as an Operations Administrator or in a similar position.
Accounting Aspects:
Accountancy and tax (financial framework of an organization).
Passing Accounting entries, performing banking functions, Doing Bank reconciliation, Preparing financial statements, income tax and other Statutory compliance.
Preparing provisions, cash deposits and expenses, etc.
Working of TDS & GST.
Preparing Monthly financials, cash flow statement, Profitability analysis, budget analysis, etc.
Diligently able to differentiate between capital and operating spends and also classify expresses correctly as per their nature
Retrieve data from financial documents and present it in an understandable form.
Expected to expand and update your knowledge with accordance to the latest financial rules, regulations and amendments.
Others:
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask.
Communication of policies, programs, events, initiatives and announcement
Send Quotation and Purchase Order by Busy software as per order.
Maintain Sales Purchase Registers & Keep in Software properly
Banking works like a Cheques issue for clearing Cash Deposit, NEFT, and RTGS
