We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting records of our company. The role requires approximately 1 hour of dedicated work per day and offers flexible working hours, provided that records are updated accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records in cloud-based accounting software such as Zoho Books.
Record and reconcile all business transactions including:
Sales
Purchases
Expenses
Capital contributions and withdrawals
Bank transactions
Vendor and customer payments
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement data.
Ensure all invoices, bills, receipts, and supporting documents are properly recorded and organized.
Perform periodic bank reconciliations.
Track accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Maintain complete financial records necessary for preparation of:
Monthly Profit & Loss Statement
Monthly Balance Sheet
Monthly Cash Flow Statement
Coordinate with management for any accounting or reporting requirements.
Ensure accounting records are updated regularly and remain audit-ready.
