About the Internship:
Honey Translation Services is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. You will be an integral part of our growing Accounting division and will be responsible for helping to create and monitor effective financial procedures. As a key member of Honey Translation Services, we will rely on you to ensure accurate financial records and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records
2. Create financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts receivable/payable
3. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
4. Assist with budget development and monitoring
5. Monitor expenses and suggest cost-saving strategies
6. Work with the Accounting teams to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
7. Prepare and submit federal, state, and local tax returns
8. Analyze financial data and suggest ways to improve profitability and efficiency
