Accountant for shipping industry

Required female/ male candidates, with age no bar with 2 to 4 years experience living in and around Thane city/ nearby areas with latest Tally, GST (R-1; R-2; R-3B, and annual return R+). GST return filings and GST online payments. Keeping track of GST returns. Keeping track of TDSpayment & filing quarterly e-TDS& manual TDS. Preparation of form 16 & 16A as per I.T. act. Downloading 26AS & reconciling it with the book of accounts and TDS reconciliation. Purchase & Sales Entries. Bank reconcilation and reconciling data with bank statement. Credit control- process due payment to vendors. Follow up on payments- Debtors control.knowledge to finalise and maintain our company up to date accounts, costs and invoicing on our inhouse systems. Candidate with a basic shipping knowledge preferred. Also if the candidate has worked on ZOHO systems will be an added advantage. Average English knowledge desirable as have to deal with our overseas offices. Proficiency in MS office, Tally, Accpunting & Taxation, Tax experience, communication skills, MS Excel, ERP systems amd computer skills.
