Job Description
Desired Profile
• Get in-depth understanding of business drivers on both revenue and cost side to bring strategic insights
• Working in collaboration with the senior management team to shape business strategies and achieving the desired growth
• Spearhead the Investor Relationship and Fund-raising initiatives
• Ensuring minimization of risk through monitoring and control
• Propose, justify, initiate and implement the changes to existing systems to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
• Responsible for complete due diligence of financials and accounting of the company
• Implementation of settlements, reconciliation and accounting transactions
• Internal & Statutory Audits, Corporate Compliance and Taxation for the company including monthly TDS , GST returns and Income Tax
• Work closely on the Cost Forecasting& Budgeting; Monitor cash balances and cash flow forecasts
• Recommend and monitor Employee Performance Linked Incentives
• Support in Employee Payrolls and Expenses
• Prepare regular reports on Business metrics and also set-up the processes to enable high growth and quality reporting
• Liaison with business-related organizations such as banks, auditors and others
Skills
• Effective Communication and Presentation Skills (8/10)
• Start Up back ground from any industry is preferred
• Confident and persevering risk-taker who thrives in a high-performance high-growth environment
• Self-learners with high grasping ability
Education
• CA or MBA Finance with minimum 5years experience in Finance and Accounting role with exposure to Fund raising is mandatory
