Account Support Officer Remote Work

As an Account Support Officer at BYJU'S, you will be responsible for providing remote support to key accounts in order to maintain strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. This part-time role based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales team to understand client needs and provide support as needed
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and web-based platforms to address inquiries and resolve issues
- Manage account information and update client profiles in the CRM system
- Monitor client accounts for any potential issues and proactively address them
- Assist with creating reports and presentations for client meetings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Provide feedback to the Sales team on client interactions to help improve overall customer experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
