Having a portfolio of diverse skincare and hair care products, the brand retails through its own website, along with e-commerce giants like Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, Myntra, and numerous other marketplaces. We are currently offering wide range products ranging from serums toners, face acids and moisturisers that are well researched, backed by proven science, safe, effective, mindfully created, and suited for all skin types.
Job Responsibility:
• Getting Orders from Sales Team –
• Booking Bills to stockist, chemist, Mall Trade, General Trade
• Take care of schemes – Billing of free goods
• Maintain Documentation – Agreements with customers
• Passing of the credit Notes after calculation and after checking the workings.
• Booking of Relevant Taxes
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP is must.
• Reconciliation of AR balances with Customer.
• Overseeing timely collection of payments.
• Monitoring invoicing procedures
• Performing credit checks
• Interacting with customers in non-payment cases
• Creating and keeping records of invoices٫ bills٫ and deposits
• Forecasting monthly٫ quarterly and annual results and creating reports on them
• Ensuring that all accounts receivable procedures are in compliance with legal regulations
• Overseeing that accounts receivable team performs in agreement with accounting principles
• Providing support to Accounts Receivable executive on their daily tasks.
• Training new team members
Eligibility:
• CA Inter
• 3+ years' experience of working on an Accounts Receivable Manager or Supervisor position.
• Excellent experience with accounting software
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Experience of working with large amounts of data
• Strong analytical and presentational skills
• Strong team management٫ negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Confidentiality and responsibility
