CommScope Building Campus Infrastructure conducts business via an indirect channel model while also focusing directly on the end user customer to drive demand. It is the Account Manager who is responsible for managing and growing CommScope revenue in their assigned territory. The Account Manager works with-in the Country Organization while acting as a unified team to ensure territory revenue goals are exceeded and the channel partner programs are supported. This is a remote role, but candidates must be based in the Toronto area.

Position Responsibilities:
Work as a collaborative team member to exceed assigned territory revenue goals.
Create and execute a yearly territory plan.
Execute global/regional end user and channel strategy.
Establish and maintain strong and trusted relationships with end user customers and channel partners.
Utilize CommScope’s Sales Process in targeting and winning opportunities.
Using Dynamics 365 (CRM) to manage and address opportunities and leads with end users and channel partners.
Aggressively drive CommScope’s total solution portfolio into the end user community.
Work with marketing and channel management teams to grow the awareness and demand for CommScope’s offerings with-in the channel and end user communities.
Support channel partners in targeting and acquiring new CommScope customers.
Ensure the existing channel can support CommScope’s total solution portfolio and strategies. Recruit/develop new channels where needed.
Utilizing business plans to review on a monthly or quarterly basis the channel partners’ success and progress.
Execute global/regional alliance, integrator, and consultant strategies.

Success Matrix:
End User and Channel development
Local attainment of territory revenue targets
Achievement of solution mix with-in territory
Global program support
Ability to learn and develop technical expertise

Requirements:
5-10 years of indirect channel management and end user sales experience
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Travel required – expectation of 50% travel
Excellent communication skills
Must be proactive, motivated, and organized
Able to articulate the overall CommScope and every solution value propositions
Fluency in English language is a must.

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range)

The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
