At MoleMap, we’re on a mission to create a world where skin cancer no longer takes lives. Using advanced imaging and AI-supported analysis, we help detect skin cancer earlier and improve outcomes.
We’re looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of workplace clients across Australia.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, delivering a high-quality customer experience, and identifying opportunities to grow and strengthen existing accounts.
You’ll own the client journey from onboarding and program planning through to delivery, reporting, renewal, and growth. You’ll work closely with clients to ensure their workplace skin check programs run smoothly, while helping them increase employee participation and expand their programs over time.
You’ll also use AI-enabled tools to streamline administration, develop client communications, support account planning, and create campaign content - giving you more time to focus on relationships, problem-solving, and growth.
What you’ll be doing
Manage and grow a portfolio of workplace clients
Own the client journey from onboarding through to renewal
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across HR, People & Culture, Safety, and Operations
Coordinate workplace skin check programs, working closely with our scheduling team
Identify opportunities to grow revenue, expand programs, and improve employee participation
Deliver annual growth across your portfolio of priority clients
Prepare client reports and share meaningful insights on program outcomes
Create educational and campaign content to support employee engagement
Use AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, client communication, and account planning
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless program delivery
Support the transition of new clients from Business Development into your portfolio
Contribute ideas that improve the client experience, processes, and ways of working
What we’re looking for
2-4 years experience in account management, customer success, or client services
Proven ability to build trusted client relationships
Experience managing renewals and account growth opportunities
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience using CRM platforms
Confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A commercial mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
Bonus: Experience in healthcare, corporate health, employee wellbeing, or B2B services.
