FSS global is looking for seasoned Account Managers for our north American consulting team, Looking for candidates with a minimum of 7 + years of experience in account management supporting US and Canadian clients. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives in account mining and must be strong in account management from existing clients. H1/B1 Visa can be processed for the suitable candidates
Role: Account Manager - (US Staffing)
Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Tirupati, Remote.
Ideal candidate must be from the Recruitment, Staffing, or IT Consulting industry, with a minimum of 7+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Client services in IT Consulting or Staffing.
Must have Client facing capabilities and directly interact with clients to gather new requirements, and follow up on Submittals, interviews, and placements.
Must have experience in Client Management and a proven individual track record in staffing sales.
Define and implement strategies to develop and sustain effective new business relationships with existing and new clients
Good Experience in managing MSP / VMS & Implementation Partners like (UST, CTS, HCL, Infosys, TechM, and Mpahsis) is required.
Any experience with Technical background in Management studies would be an added advantage.
Must have good communication (Written & oral), team building, Leadership, and presentation skills.
Occasional travel to client locations would be required.
