At Interactive, our customers trust us to hold their most important data, support their critical devices, and secure their systems.

In this role, you’ll manage, retain, grow and expand a portfolio of 100+ of our Cyber customers, and will retain, grow and expand our Cyber services.

Our Cyber services cover managed security services delivered by our 24/7 Security Operations Centre (SOC), cyber consulting, threat detection, incident response, DFIR and penetration testing.

Some of the key things you’ll do:

Build and nurture relationships with a patch of existing customers.
Identify opportunities to grow our share of wallet and expand the range of services being delivered in our accounts.
Deliver cyber security solutions tailored to customer needs.
Identify, lead and close sales opportunities.
A bit about you:

You’ve previously sold cyber security services or products.
You’ve previously worked in account management, customer success or other customer facing roles within the IT sector.
Experience selling cyber services at a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or cybersecurity vendor.
You’re a disciplined AM and understand how to manage regular call cycles, periodic account health checks and develop detailed account plans.
You’ve got a strong track record of meeting and achieving sales targets.
