Compensation: 30k 40k fixed + performance incentives

What Youll Do
Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.Manage ongoing projects - ensuring all deliverables, KPIs, and targets are met on time.Conduct regular client meetings, share progress updates, and identify improvement areas.Translate client briefs into clear actions for the internal team and ensure flawless execution.Collaborate with the strategy and execution teams to refine campaign performance and results.Track project performance metrics, prepare reports, and proactively flag potential issues.Support the BD team with proposals, strategy inputs, and client presentations.Assist in lead qualification, follow-ups, and closing new client deals when needed.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and campaign best practices.
What Were Looking For
13 years of experience in a digital/marketing/lead-gen agency (client servicing or BD role preferred).Strong communication and relationship-management skills.Excellent project management and organisational abilities.Business-minded, proactive, and able to multitask under deadlines.Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, CRM, Notion, and project trackers.Based in Jaipur or open to relocating (this is a full-time, in-office role).
