Job Description
Maintaining client relationships
-Evaluating client appetite and create upsell / cross selling opportunities
-Build trust with higher level POCs within brand team
-Strategize jointly with other teams for large campaigns
-Engage in smart negotiations with clients (when required) in terms of budgets, timelines and deliverables
-Manage team and client escalations – Participate in media planning discussions
-Create strategic monthly way-forward plans for brands
-Drive positive curiosity and a hunger for innovative ideas through the team
