Position Overview:

We are seeking an Account Executive who will be a key client manager managing local and national advertising budgets. This role requires deep expertise across paid social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), TikTok, Reddit, and Nextdoor. The successful candidate will have a passion for creating meaningful connections through empathetic marketing while delivering exceptional ROI for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end digital marketing strategies for a portfolio of clients across diverse industries.
• Oversee high-budget campaigns across Google Ads, paid social platforms, programmatic advertising, and more.
• Create and implement customized strategies to optimize campaigns for key performance indicators, ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, fostering strong relationships and transparent collaboration.
• Regularly analyze performance data using tools like Google Analytics and Excel to provide actionable insights and detailed reporting.
• Actively contribute to developing cross-channel marketing initiatives, ensuring integration and innovation.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience managing local and national advertising budgets.
• Strong knowledge of paid social platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, and Nextdoor.
• Advanced expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube).
• Experience managing 5–10 client accounts simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of service.
• Analytical skills for evaluating campaign performance and identifying growth opportunities.
• Ability to communicate effectively through Zoom, email, and in-person meetings, articulating complex ideas clearly.
• A growth mindset with the flexibility to adapt to client needs and industry changes.
Preferred Skills:
• Certification in Google Ads, Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Experience with WordPress and Google Tag Manager.
• Creative copywriting skills for ad campaigns.
• Agency background, demonstrating the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
