Join our Australian Steel Markets business in our Customer Service Team as an Account Coordinator based in Mt Waverley VIC. As an Account Coordinator, you’ll be at the centre of how we connect with and support our customers. What Will You Do?

In this role, you’ll support your own portfolio of customers, being their go-to point of contact. You’ll also:

help deliver the right products at the right time, aligned to customer needs
provide updates and insights to customers and internal teams
collaborate with teams such as supply chain, sales, and operations to provide solutions for customers
identify improvements with our systems and processes, assisting with implementing changes for internal teams and customers
