About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and detail-obsessed Accessories Designer who can turn ideas into pieces people actually want to own and wear.
In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of design, materials, and cultural storytelling — bringing fresh concepts to life from first sketch to finished accessory.
If you’re someone who sees inspiration everywhere — streets, subcultures, travel, texture — and loves translating that into wearable design, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
• Design innovative and trend-forward accessories — bags and jewellery
• Create sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings for product development
• Work closely with product, sourcing, and production teams to bring designs to life
• Research global market trends, materials, hardware, and consumer preferences
• Ensure designs balance aesthetics, wearability, and functionality
• Iterate designs based on feedback, wear testing, and performance reviews
• Stay ahead of fashion and accessories trends to consistently bring fresh ideas to the table
• Explore sustainable and innovative materials as part of the design process
• Conduct training sessions for internal teams and enrolled learners to ensure effective understanding of design concepts and practical application
Who We’re Looking For
• Experience: 0–1 years in accessories design / fashion design (or a strong portfolio that speaks louder)
• Mindset: A creator who takes ownership and thinks beyond “just design”
• Skills: Proficiency in CLO 3D, Sketching, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools; strong visual sense
• Strong understanding of materials (leather, fabric, metal hardware, sustainable alternatives), construction, and accessories detailing
• Knowledge of trims, closures, stitching techniques, and production specifications
• Someone who’s curious, experimental, and not afraid to push boundaries
• A team player with a “let’s make it happen” attitude
