Academic Planning Assistant
Job Description
Assist in the allocation of teaching points and payments according to the Teaching Points Tariff.
Coordinate teaching and assessment payments for external lecturers, examiners and teaching assistants.
Manage contracts and engagement letters in collaboration with HR and Procurement teams.
Communicate policy and regulatory matters effectively to academic and administrative staff.
You will have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills to manage a busy workload under tight deadlines. You must also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and be proficient in collaborating with colleagues at all levels.
