Job Summary
BR TechGeeks is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Academic Counsellors to guide prospective students regarding our training programs and career development opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a student-centric approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with learners.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students regarding courses, training programs, and career opportunities.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective students.
Assist students throughout the admission and enrollment process.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups in CRM or databases.
Achieve assigned counseling and enrollment targets.
Coordinate with academic and support teams to ensure a smooth student experience.
Address student queries and provide timely resolutions.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Good persuasion and counseling skills.
Ability to understand student needs and provide appropriate guidance.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in academic counseling, admissions, customer support, telesales, or education consulting will be an added advantage.
