Job Description
IPA (The Institute of Professional Accountants) is an institute based in New Delhi, established and operated by a team of professionals with extensive experience in private sector companies, including CA’s & MBA’s. IPA focuses on providing practical knowledge and training in accounts, finance, banking, and taxation using the latest computerized techniques.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counselor at IPA. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for student counseling, career counseling, academic advising, and providing education support on a daily basis in New Delhi.
Qualifications
• Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in Academic Advising and Education
• Ability to provide guidance and support to students
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of accounts, finance, banking, or taxation is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, sales or related field
