Academic Counsellor

Role Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and self-driven Admission Counsellors/Sr. Admission Counsellors to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidates will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing them with detailed information about our programs, and ensuring a smooth and positive enrolment experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Student Guidance:
• Counsel prospective students regarding Pilot Training
• Provide detailed and accurate information about program content, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and career prospects.
• Assist students in selecting the right courses based on their interests, qualifications, and career goals.
2. Admissions Process:
• Manage the entire admissions process from initial inquiry to enrolment.
• Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective students and their families.
• Assist students with application forms, documentation, and other admission requirements.
3.Follow-Up:
• Follow up with prospective students via phone, email, and in-person meetings to ensure timely processing of applications.
• Maintain a database of prospective students and track their progress through the admissions funnel.
• Address any queries or concerns promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare and maintain records and reports of student inquiries, applications, and enrolments.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Experience: 2+years of experience in student counselling, admissions, or a related field, preferably within the education sector.
• Education: Bachelor's degree any related field or relevant experience. Read more
