Job Title: Journeyman Plumber

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled journeyman plumber to join our team and perform a variety of tasks related to plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites. You will be responsible for maintaining, installing, inspecting, and repairing plumbing systems while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities
• Conduct regular maintenance of plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites.
• Perform installations of new plumbing systems.
• Inspect previously installed plumbing systems to ensure functionality and compliance.
• Execute necessary repairs on existing plumbing systems.
• Stay informed about current safety regulations and requirements for plumbing systems.
• Follow all regulations to ensure systems pass inspections.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide detailed reports of completed work.
Essential Skills
• Licensed journeyman plumber through the state of MI.
• Proficiency in plumbing, blueprint reading, installation, and piping.
• Experience with a wide range of plumbing fixtures and systems, including drains, drain repair, backflow testing, fixtures, jetting, camera inspections, copper pipe, lift stations, pumps, water heaters, and boilers.
Additional Skills Qualifications
• Experience in new construction, remodeling, and light commercial properties is preferred.

Work Environment

Work primarily in commercial settings, including new build construction and retail spaces. The role involves working in various retail office spaces and locations such as McDonald's, Taco Bell, and Panda Express.

Job Type Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Pinckney, Michigan.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $93600.00/yr.
