Role Summary:

As an Associate, Academic Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of academic operations at the Unacademy. You will assist students, manage schedules, and handle various operational tasks to create an optimal learning environment for the learners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist Students: Provide guidance and support to students regarding course materials, schedules, and academic queries.

2. Schedule Management: Develop and maintain timetables for classes, exams, and other academic activities to ensure effective utilization of resources and adherence to curriculum requirements.

3. Academic Coordination: Collaborate with instructors and faculty members to coordinate teaching schedules, class assignments, and examination procedures.
