Full job description
Under s25 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1++1, there is a genuine occupational requirement for the incumbent to be Indigenous to the Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Community.

About the role

Permanent part time opportunity to promote and deliver efficient, effective, clinically relevant, and culturally safe patient outcomes.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

Combine your lived experience of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander family kinship, culture, practices, and protocols to deliver culturally responsive services.
Work autonomously, applying a high level of theoretical and practical knowledge in program management.
Provide expert clinical care interventions for patients, including delivering tailored education on high-risk foot disease management. Manage complex patient care plans and ensure that outcomes are accurately documented using patient information systems.
