Job Description
Role: Chief of Staff
Experience: 5-8 years
Location: Sakinaka, Mumbai
Working Mode: 6 days, WFO
Main requirements:
1. Love for life, happy person.
2. Agility to build, break and re-build things.

Requirements:
Experience leading talent development in a dynamic environment.
Strong knowledge of talent management, learning, and employee engagement.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects.
Experience with city expansion is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement talent development strategies, including training and development programs.
Manage talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management.
Design and deliver comprehensive learning programs to enhance employee skills.
Establish succession planning processes to identify and develop future leaders.
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Oversee HR analytics for reporting and insights.
Build strong stakeholder relationships.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Should have experience handling multiple city expansions.
