Job Purpose:To support the Risk & Operations function by managing client onboarding, documentation, MIS, transaction oversight, and risk reporting. The role will ensure smooth execution of daily operations while adhering to compliance norms and providing insights for better risk monitoring.Job Location - Gift city, GandhinagarResponsibilities:Risk:- Track hedging positions with respect to exposure, counterparty out standings, pricing analysis, currency exposure, payment tracking- Monitor and evaluate fund-related risks which includes majorly Market, Liquidity, Currency, Operational and Fund manager risks.- Track, monitor, and ensure compliance with internal risk limits by reviewing portfolio exposures, identifying potential breaches, generating timely alerts, and collaborating with Fund manager and trading teams to implement corrective measures and maintain adherence to the Fund's risk framework.- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly risk reports such that the prepared risk report are clear and concise.- Distribute these reports to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring all relevant parties are well-informed to support timely and effective decision-making along with maintaining confidentiality.- Perform and propose new stress tests, scenario analyses, and sensitivity checks to assess risk, ensuring alignment with the current portfolio.- Develop and maintain ad-hoc risk models or reports to measure exposures and gain insights into various scenarios, as required by managementOperations:- KYC & Onboarding: Manage client and supplier onboarding, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal KYC requirements.- Client & Supplier Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and refiners for all business activities.- Logistics Tracking: Monitor goods movement, coordinate with logistics partners, and follow up to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.- Business Communication: Maintain effective communication with suppliers, refiners, and clients for trade execution, settlements, and issue resolution.- MIS & Reporting: Prepare, analyse, and publish daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports to management and relevant stakeholders for decision-making.- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders (business, risk, banking, finance, logistics teams) to ensure seamless operations.Skills and Qualification required: - CA or MBA from IIMs/Tier-1 B-School- 2-5 years in risk management, financial products, or related operations- Strong understanding of financial products and regulatory compliance.- Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.- Proficiency in data analysis, MIS reporting, and risk tools/software.- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.- Self-motivated, with strong problem-solving and execution orientation.
