Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have :
• Experience in requirement gathering, creating design specifications.
• Expert on Data warehouse concepts and ETL frameworks,
• Database and data modeling concepts
• Exposure to Analytics tools (Cognos/BO preferred)
• Expert on Ab Initio, EME - Technical Repository, Plan>It , Ab Initio web interface
• Expert on Ab Initio - command line commands, Multifile system,batch processing components, real time processing.
• Oracle/Teradata or any database appliance working experience preferred.
Good-to-Have :
• Knowledge of any industry standard banking data model will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Autosys/Tivoli or any scheduler
• Knowledge of one more ETL tool like Informatica, Talend, Datastage
• Expert on UNIX, handling disparate sources - XML, Real time Queues,Mainframe datasets

• Interact with Business users and analysts in gathering the requirements
• Analyze, design, develop and implement new applications and solutions
• Participate in project meetings with all the stake holders
• Identify opportunities for performance improvements and implement the same
• Develop and use the reusable tools
• Groom and Contribute towards all round growth of the junior associates
