Architectural Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking an Architectural Consultant to join our team at Talent Corner HR Services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop architectural designs and plans for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into functional designs
• Prepare detailed blueprints, sketches, and 3D models using software like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Collaborate with engineers and construction teams to ensure the feasibility and safety of designs
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve design-related issues
• Present design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders
• Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, materials, and sustainable building practices

Requirements:
• 0 - 3 years of experience in architectural consulting or a related field
• Diploma, Professional Degree, B.Arch, B.Ed, B.Sc, B.E, B.Tech, Any Bachelor Degree
• Experience in working with engineering, cement, or metals industries is preferred
