About the role
Our Data Science team solves complex problems with smart, practical solutions. Analysts work directly with product teams to uncover insights, guide decisions, and improve how customers experience Revolut.

We’re looking for a talented Data Analyst who doesn't believe there's a data task that can be too hard. From digging into our complex databases, looking for the root cause of a problem to designing their own solutions and writing their own code to implement them. In this process, they never stop learning, picking up new skills, and delivering value.

What you'll be doing
Designing key metrics to monitor business performance, risk, and external reporting
Providing clean and reliable data sets
Modelling data to enable self-service analytics for end users
Understanding business processes through data analysis
Applying data insights to support product, treasury, and finance teams
Developing documentation and data governance
Maintaining and creating new dashboards to track metrics and visualise insights
Promoting data literacy across the company
Organising and facilitating internal data workshops
What you'll need
5+ years of experience in an analytical role, creating impactful solutions
A background in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, or engineering
Proficiency in Python, SQL, or other programming languages
Evidence of exceptional mathematical and statistics knowledge
A solid foundation in mathematics and statistics

Nice to have
An advanced degree in a core STEM subject
Solid experience with additional programming languages (Java, Scala, C++, etc.)
A medal in school or university-level Olympiads in physics, maths, economics, or programming
Experience in accounting or prudential reporting within the New Zealand regulatory context
