Job Description
Your Opportunity

With continued growth, we are now looking to recruit an Assistant Manager to join our Business Services Tax Advisory team in Sydney.

Provide tax and accounting advice and solutions to a diverse portfolio which includes small to medium sized entities, family and privately owned businesses, trusts and partnerships, foreign subsidiaries and small listed entities
Further develop your technical expertise working across services including tax and accounting compliance and business/tax advisory work for middle market clients
Play a key role across the full scope of client engagements including regular client contact and attending client presentations and meetings with senior leaders
Develop into a mentor to assist other less experienced team members and encourage their continued professional development
Your Experience

2 to 5 years of post-graduate advisory experience in an accounting firm specializing in Australian tax and accounting services
Bachelor of Business (Accounting) or equivalent from an Australian institution
Experience in preparation of financial statements, BAS and income tax returns for all entity types
Knowledge of all structures and corporate groups, with the ability to manage compliance with Division 7A and trust distribution
General business advisory is useful but not a substitute for the above mentioned core experience
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
An ability to establish and develop effective professional relationships
