At the InterContinental Hotels, we are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as the Director of Restaurant Bars. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to ensure the success of our restaurant and bar operations, while providing exceptional guest experiences.The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry. You will have excellent organizational and leadership skills, as well as a high degree of professionalism. You will also demonstrate a high level of creativity and innovation, to ensure that our restaurant and bar offerings are consistently top-notch. Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to ensure the success of restaurant and bar operations
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Provide excellent organizational and leadership skills

• Exhibit creativity and innovation to ensure that restaurant and bar offerings are consistently top-notch
• Develop and manage teams of staff
• Monitor and analyze restaurant and bar performance metrics
• Manage financial aspects of restaurant and bar operations, such as budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to increase customer traffic
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
