A career as a senior clerk on the release team at National Bank means acting as a signing discharge during validations. It is through your rigor, experience and knowledge that you have a positive impact on the client experience and lawyers.

Your role:

Ensure the conformity of the signatures of the power of attorney sent to the lawyer
Achieve productivity targets of +0%
Make sure we have 100% quality
Identify problems at the time of signing and raise them with the coordinator or manager
Participate in improving task responsibility as required.
Your team:

As part of the Discharge sector, you’ll be on a team of 17 of colleagues and you’ll report to the section director Nadine Aubut. Our team stands out for its expertise in the receipts sent to the lawyer, and the respect of our service agreements as well as the quality of delivery, great collaboration between everyone and a very nice atmosphere.


We offer a wide range of ongoing learning opportunities for your development, including hands-on learning, training courses and collaborating with colleagues who have varied expertise and profiles.

This position is a 6-month paternity leave replacement until January 31, 2026, 37:50 hours of work per week from Monday to Friday.

We favor a variety of forms of continuous learning to enrich your development, including learning in action, training content made available to you and working in collaboration with colleagues with diverse expertise and profiles.

Prerequisite:

Required level of academic experience :D high school diploma
Knowledge of office automationsection
DocuSign knowledge an asset
