As our Community Engagement Officer, you'll build strong local connections to promote our in-home care services. Your role will focus on identifying potential clients and educating the community about how we support individuals and families with high-quality, personalised care.

What You’ll Do
Build relationships with local organisations, businesses, and community centres
Connect with healthcare professionals and community leaders to raise awareness
Provide helpful info about our services to individuals and families
Keep accurate records of client details and outreach activities
Advocate for those needing care and help them navigate available services
About you
Experience in a similar community-facing or engagement role
Aged care or disability sector experience (desirable)
Strong admin skills and confident using programs like Word and Excel
Highly organised with excellent time management
Confident communicator with great customer service skills
Self-motivated and able to manage competing priorities
Must have full working rights within Australia
