Student Engagement Officer

Role Responsibilities:

Excellent communicator with superior people skills, comfortable presenting program details over the phone.
Organize orientation sessions, welcome programs, and regular check-ins for new trainees
Contact potential students to inform them about relevant programs, explaining program features and benefits.
Create and implement a structured plan to achieve admission goals.
Take ownership of work accuracy and maintain quick turnaround times.
Counsel and advise students, converting queries into final admissions.
Follow up on leads to ensure conversion.
Maintain weekly/monthly reports and process-related matrices to track student conversions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
