G Cube Studio is looking for a Senior Field Marketing Executive who can actively generate quality leads, follow up with potential clients, and convert them into sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2C field marketing, sales, and client relationship management, preferably in interior design, architecture, or real estate.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation Business Development:
Identify and approach potential clients (homeowners, builders, corporate offices, retail businesses, etc.).
Conduct on-field visits, cold calls, and networking to generate business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with real estate developers, property agents, and industry influencers for potential collaborations.
Client Engagement Conversion:
Follow up on inquiries, schedule meetings, and present G Cube Studio’s interior and architectural solutions.
Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions based on their needs.
Negotiate and close deals effectively, ensuring a smooth handover to the design team.
Marketing Brand Visibility:
Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and trade shows to enhance brand awareness.
Develop local marketing strategies to increase engagement and inbound leads.
Work with the digital marketing team to align online and offline marketing efforts.
Tracking Reporting:
Maintain a database of leads and conversions, updating progress regularly.
Provide weekly reports on lead status, client interactions, and revenue generation.
Requirements

3+ years of experience in field marketing, business development, or sales, preferably in interior design, architecture, or real estate.
Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience in B2C lead generation, client acquisition, and sales closure.
Ability to travel within Bangalore for client meetings and site visits.
Knowledge of luxury home interiors, commercial interiors, and architectural solutions is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Architecture, or a related field.
