Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Booking Manager who has expertise in managing hotel listings and reservations on online travel portals like Goibibo, MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, etc. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hotel registration, listing optimization, rate management, and customer booking management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Hotel Registration Listing: Register and list hotels on online travel portals, ensuring accurate details and high-quality images.
• Rate Inventory Management: Optimize hotel pricing and inventory across multiple portals to maximize revenue.
• Booking Reservation Handling: Manage hotel bookings, cancellations, modifications, and customer inquiries efficiently.
• Portal Relationship Management: Coordinate with travel portal representatives for promotions, deals, and issue resolution.
• OTA Performance Optimization: Implement strategies to improve visibility, ratings, and customer reviews on travel platforms.
• Revenue Occupancy Tracking: Monitor daily bookings, occupancy rates, and revenue generation, providing regular reports.
• Customer Support Query Handling: Address guest concerns, process refunds when necessary, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Competitor Analysis: Keep track of market trends, pricing strategies, and promotional offers to maintain competitiveness.

Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in hotel booking management, OTA handling, or hospitality operations.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with online travel agencies (OTA), channel managers, and property management systems (PMS).
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze booking trends, pricing strategies, and customer behavior.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to interact with OTA partners and guests.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle booking disputes, customer issues, and operational challenges effectively.
• Multi-Tasking Ability: Efficient in handling multiple hotel properties and portals simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience with major OTAs like Goibibo, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, Expedia, Yatra, etc.
• Knowledge of channel management tools (e.g., STAAH, SiteMinder, AxisRooms).
• Understanding of digital marketing and SEO to improve hotel ranking on OTAs.
• Background in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
