Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage prospective clients requiring services in company registration, Business In Corporation, MCA compliance, ROC filings, and other legal requirements.
• Develop and present tailored solutions to clients, demonstrating a thorough understanding of Company Law procedures and statutory obligations.
• Generate leads through professional networking, referrals, and outbound efforts.
• Collaborate with internal legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure accurate client delivery.
• Prepare proposals and service agreements aligned with client needs and compliance standards.
• Maintain CRM databases with detailed records of client interactions, deal progress, and documentation.
• Stay abreast of regulatory updates and changes in the Companies Act, 2013, and other relevant laws.
• Follow up on leads, convert them to sales, and meet monthly targets.
• Ensure post-sales support and build long-term client relationships.
Required Skills Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree (Commerce, Business, or Law preferred); CA/CS background is a strong advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or client servicing within a legal, compliance, or corporate advisory firm.
• Sound knowledge of MCA portal operations, ROC procedures, DIN/KYC, compliance filings, etc.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and client-focused.
