In this fast-paced role, you'll be part of a creative team (called Leapfrogger/LF Studio), supporting the creation of standout branded content and pushing the limits of how brands connect with consumers in social media.

DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES DELIVERABLES
• Edit Design: Transform raw footage into scroll-stopping short-form videos designed for social media while also crafting eye-catching graphics to enhance visual storytelling.
• Visual Storytelling: Bring ideas to life through both video and design, using your creativity to tell compelling stories and create content that resonates with audiences.
• Optimise for Engagement: Edit content with a focus on increasing viewer engagement and retention based on platform analytics and trends.
• Graphic Design: Use your design skills to create compelling thumbnails, video overlays, social media banners, and other assets that elevate the visual experience.


COMPETENCIES EXPERIENCE
• Extreme passion and interest for social media, particularly Instagram and TikTok
• Premiere Pro, Capcut,Photoshop, Indesign, and Illustrator capabilities
• Video creating and editing, IG reels with transitions and TikToks
• Responsive, organised and on the ball
• Storyteller at heart
• Eye for design, aesthetics, trends
• An ability to work reactively and at speed in a quick turnaround environment.
• Strong time management and creative resource management capabilities
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with other departments
• A sense of fun!
