Key Responsibilities:

Capture high-quality photos and videos that embody the fun, laid-back vibes of Your Mates Brewing Co.
Edit visual content for social media, website, and marketing materials to engage our community of craft beer lovers.
Create simple, impactful graphic designs for social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to produce content that aligns with our brand’s personality.
Stay up-to-date with trends in content creation, photography, and design to keep our brand fresh.
Help organise and maintain a digital content library.
Assist in creative brainstorming sessions for new campaigns and product launches.
Be flexible with work hours and locations, including supporting external events and working with our hospitality teams.
Skills Experience:

Intermediate skills in photography and videography (portfolio required).
Basic skills in graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), as well as Premiere Pro for video editing.
Experience creating social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
Ability to create engaging, on-brand designs for social media and digital platforms using native social editing applications eg. CapCut.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Passion for storytelling, craft beer, and creating content that reflects our laid-back, fun spirit.
Team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
