We are looking for a motivated Part-time IT and Marketing Recruiter to support our recruitment team in sourcing and hiring top talent in both the IT and marketing sectors. This role is perfect for individuals with recruitment experience who want flexibility in their work schedule. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for IT and marketing roles and will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for both fields.

Key Responsibilities:
• Dual-Sector Recruitment: Handle recruitment for both IT and marketing positions, identifying the best talent in each field.
• Talent Sourcing: Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks for IT and marketing roles.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage all aspects of the recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for both sectors.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs for IT and marketing roles and tailor the recruitment strategy accordingly.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct interviews to assess the technical and soft skills of IT candidates as well as the marketing acumen of marketing candidates.
• Coordination Communication: Schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring smooth communication and prompt feedback.
• Candidate Management: Maintain an organized pipeline of candidates for IT and marketing positions, keeping track of their status and ensuring a great candidate experience.
• Offer Negotiation: Assist in negotiating job offers, helping both IT and marketing candidates through the final stages of recruitment.

Key Qualifications:
• Experience: At least 1 year of recruitment experience, specifically handling IT and marketing roles.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Sector Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT and marketing roles, industry standards, and required skill sets.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
• Tech Savvy: Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools for sourcing and managing candidates.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple roles across IT and marketing sectors efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills to balance recruitment tasks in a part-time capacity, ensuring deadlines are met.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience recruiting for technology startups or digital marketing agencies.
• Familiarity with remote hiring processes.
• Knowledge of Indian labor laws related to recruitment.
