Zonal Trainer

The Zonal Trainer is responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering training programs within a designated geographical zone. Training Program Development: Collaborate with the training department and management to identify training needs within the zone. Develop training programs tailored to the specific requirements of the zone, taking into account regional nuances and challenges. Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions for employees within the zone, both in-person and through virtual platforms. Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that facilitate learning and skill development. Utilize a variety of training methods and techniques to accommodate different learning styles.
