We are hiring for One of our Top client in E- Learning Industry

Role :

- Managing the complete Human Resources function for the zone
- Forecasting the manpower, training and engagement requirement of the zone
- Identifying your zone's manpower needs and work to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to ensure timely and cost effective recruitment
- Manage the complete Human Resources cycle of the employees in the zone
- Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
- Travel extensively within the zone for recruiting, training and recognizing employees
- Complete the recruitment in a timely and a cost-effective measure.
- Plan and coordinate the employee induction and documentation with the central team.
- Track the performance of new joinees and identify employees that need assistance.

Requirements

Preferably some one from Ed Tech industry

Qualification - Post Graduate in HR / MBA in HR

Experience - 3-6 years
