A Day in the Life Reporting to the Counter Manager at YSL Parramatta, you will bring our bold luxury DNA to life:
Deliver custom makeup applications and beauty consultations.
Drive retail sales and build long-term consumer loyalty.
Maintain flawless counter merchandising and hygiene standards.
We Are Looking For Based on the [1] L'Oréal Skills Library, we are looking for:
Makeup Artistry: Proven experience in beauty application.
Consumer Centricity: Strong service and communication skills.
Retail Drive: Ability to achieve sales targets.
Collaboration: A supportive, proactive team player.
Agility: Adaptable to a fast-paced retail floor.
