Job Description-
- Develop and execute the YouTube content strategy.
- Create, edit, and upload high-quality video content to the YouTube channel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including videographers, editors, designers,
and marketing, to ensure content consistency.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve video
discoverability.
- Manage the YouTube channel, including video scheduling, thumbnail design, and
metadata optimization.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and feedback from the YouTube
community.
- Analyse performance metrics, such as views, engagement, watch time, and
subscriber growth, to assess content effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the social media team to promote YouTube content across other
platforms.
- Implement strategies to increase subscriber retention and minimize unsubscribes.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new content ideas and formats.
- Provide daily reports on YouTube channel performance and progress toward goals.
- Conceptualize and develop video content ideas that resonate with the target
audience.
- Write scripts, create storyboards, and plan video shoots in collaboration with the
creative team.
- Shoot and direct video content, ensuring high-quality visuals and audio.
- Edit video footage using video editing software to create polished final products.
- Select appropriate music, graphics, and visual effects to enhance video content.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to integrate visual elements.
- Stay updated with video production trends, techniques, and tools.
- Optimize video content for various platforms, ensuring compatibility and high
- quality playback.
- Manage video production schedules, deadlines, and project timelines.
- Maintain video equipment and stay informed about advancements in video
technology.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative video concepts.
- Knowledge and expertise in softwares like Filmora, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Davinci.
- Minimum Experience of 1-2 year
• Salary: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
